Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to help us best get to know you and your qualifications and help you find the best fit for your career.
Most people begin with an interview by phone or on campus with one of our recruiters or team members along with some basic skills assessments that can be done remotely. From there, those who proceed may be invited to our headquarters in Madison.
At Epic, you will be involved in a series of assessments, including meeting with recruiters and other experienced Epic people to discuss your background and any questions you have about different roles and life at Epic. Some people are asked for a second round of interviews, although this isn't as common.
